Tastemaker & Operator
Starting as a temporary worker, Zina has progressed to become an operator. "I ended up at Menken Orlando through a temporary employment agency and have been able to develop myself greatly on the factory floor over the course of two years," says Zina.
"If I have spare time, I'm ready to assist my colleagues and lend a hand."
Zina works on the line where Whole Foods products such as prunes, figs, and apricots are packaged. "I keep a close eye on everything and ensure the machine keeps running smoothly. If I have spare time, I'm ready to assist my colleagues and lend a hand. Despite everyone being busy and focused on their work, there's a great sense of camaraderie."
